Customer Satisfaction Survey

The Council is constantly reviewing the ways it delivers services to its residents to ensure that it is being as effective and efficient as possible.

A Residents' Survey was undertaken during the summer of 2011. A summary of who took part and top line results was published in the Spring edition of Horsham District News and is available to read below.
