DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEETINGS
We encourage public participation in Committee meetings, so we offer you the opportunity to attend and to speak on applications heard by the Development Management Committee.
The right to speak is extended to Parish and Neighbourhood Councils, objectors and applicants or their supporters. The speaker list operates on a first come, first served basis, with a maximum of three objectors, three supporters and one Parish or Neighbourhood Council representative. If you wish to speak, you will need to contact Plans Processing before the last but one working day before the date of Committee.
If you write to us with your views on a planning application, in our acknowledgement to you we will ask you to inform us whether you wish to speak on the application. This way, if the application goes before the Development Management Committee, you will automatically be informed of the date of the meeting.
