REAL NAPPY INITIATIVE

The disposable nappy is used by a small percentage of the population but creates a significant amount of household waste (2-4%).

All local authorities in West Sussex are committed to reducing the amount of household waste sent to landfill.  With less than five years of landfill space left and the costs of disposal increasing year on year, the County Council is offering up to £30 cash back to parents using real nappies.

How the Scheme Works

We are trying to encourage new parents to use cotton nappies as an alternative to disposables by offering 2 FREE Starter Packs, together worth up to £100, as well as a cash back scheme of up to £30. If you can use both packs offered they contain about half of the nappies you will ever need.

Order FREE Nappy pack size 1, up to 4 months (6lbs up to 20lbs)

  • 2 extra small shaped cotton nappies 6-12lbs
