To help us deal with your enquiry or request as quickly as possible please tell us your building control reference number and the address where the site is. If you call outside normal working hours (8.45am – 5.20pm Mon – Thurs and 4.20pm on Fri), please leave a message on our voicemail. All inspection requests (please remember to include your application number and contact details) will be processed before 10am the next day to ensure you receive an inspection that day.

A Building Control Surveyor is available to answer general technical enquiries between 8.45am - 10.30am and 3.30pm - 5-20pm (4.20pm on Fridays).
