LICENSING ACT 2003 Application Information System
What is Public Access?
“Public Access” for the Licensing Act 2003 is an on-line Internet service that allows you to view details and documents for Premises, Club and Personal Licence applications received by the Council. You can monitor the progress of an application, submit comments about the application, search a constantly updated list of applications received and decided each week, view details of many historic applications and view property details by reference to a map.
Limitations
No responsibility will be taken for any errors or omissions in the Licensing information obtained from ‘Public Access’. Similarly the information contained within Public Access does not constitute in any way a formal notification of a Licensing Granted, and as such any actions taken as a result of information displayed on the site are undertaken entirely at the viewer’s own risk.

NOTE: This facility is only available between 6.00am and 11.00pm
There will be no button between 11.00pm and 6.00am

Plans, drawing and material submitted to the Council are protected by the Copyright Acts (Section 47, 1988 Act). You may only use material which is downloaded and/or printed for consultation purposes, to compare current applications with previous schemes and to check whether developments have been completed in accordance with approved plans.
