AIR QUALITY MONITORING

Air Quality is measured in Horsham District 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The monitoring station is close to the busy A281 junction on Park Way.
The monitoring station measures two major pollutants, Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2) and fine dust particles known as PM10s. We also measure Nitrogen Dioxide at four sites in the District using diffusion tube sampling devices.
The Council is required by law to review air quality with in Horsham District on a regular basis. Please see the Assessment page for full copies of the latest reports.
