This service is normally available from 6am to midnight due to daily database backup which normally takes place between midnight and 6am. |
Make a new on-line planning application
Horsham District Council encourages on-line submision of planning applications via the Planning Portal and believes this provides a quicker and more efficient service. It has a number of benefits over applying with paper forms, which are detailed on with the main planning application guidance. |

This is an on-line form that can be emailed to report a breach of planning control. |

Development Management Committees are divided into Northern and Southern sections |
View upcoming Planning Committee Agendas including Officers Reports
Agendas and Officers Reports are available 5 working days before a meeting. Officers Reports can usually be found earlier on individual applications within the associated documents of the planning public access system |
View previous Planning Committee meeting minutes
Development Management Committees are divided into Northern and Southern sections. Minutes are available within 2 working days of formal approval at the subsequent area meeting. Unapproved minutes are generally available 5 working days before the subsequent area meeting. |
