Excursions Booking Procedures
Unless otherwise stated, all EXCURSIONS can be booked online by selecting the 'Book Online' buttons against the relevant Excursion.

Due to demand, tickets can not be reserved without payment. Places will only be booked on receipt of full payment, which can be made by Credit or Debit card – by providing your details on our secure website.

Please note that from 1/4/11 a surcharge of 1.5% will be levied on all credit card payments made by customers for Horsham District Council online bookings.

If you prefer to book by phone or in person please call/visit The Capitol box office (01403 750220) in the hours 10am - 7pm, Monday - Saturday.

Excursions Minibus
For all excursions a minibus is provided to transport the children. There is no reduction in cost for children deciding to travel independently. Times stated for excursions are the departures from and arrival back at Broadbridge Heath Leisure Centre, unless stated otherwise. The minibus meets all safety requirements and is fitted with seat belts.

All minibus excursions are operated from Broadbridge Heath Leisure Centre. The children will depart from and return to the reception area at the Leisure Centre.

Refreshments
Food and drink are not provided by the organisers except where stated. Parents should ensure children have plenty of drink available for all activities. The provision of a packed lunch is at the parents' discretion, although it is recommended that children have one where the activity lasts for 3 or more hours.

Clothing
Children should wear appropriate clothing bearing in mind the nature of the activity and the weather conditions.
