Horsham District Council organise a variety of children's activities throughout the school holidays, including cricket, football, and other sports activities, as well as a variety of holiday excursions and lots more fun for children.

New sports and arts courses for children and young people with additional needs and their siblings is available through the Aiming High project for Disabled Children. Sports and Excursions Booking Procedures
Unless otherwise stated, all SPORTS and EXCURSIONS activities can be booked online by selecting the 'Book Online' buttons against the relevant Sport or Excursion.
Due to demand, tickets can not be reserved without payment. Places will only be booked on receipt of full payment, which can be made by Credit or Debit card – by providing your details on our secure website.
If you prefer to book by phone or in person please call/visit The Capitol box office (01403 750220) in the hours 10am - 7pm, Monday - Saturday.
Notes for Horsham Leisure Link bookings
For all excursions a minibus is provided to transport the children. There is no reduction in cost for children deciding to travel independently. Times stated for excursions are the departures from and arrival back at Broadbridge Heath Leisure Centre, unless stated otherwise. The minibus meets all safety requirements and is fitted with seat belts.
All minibus excursions are operated from Broadbridge Heath Leisure Centre. The children will depart from and return to the reception area at the Leisure Centre.
Food and drink are not provided by the organisers except where stated. Parents should ensure children have plenty of drink available for all activities. The provision of a packed lunch is at the parents' discretion, although it is recommended that children have one where the activity lasts for 3 or more hours.
Children should wear appropriate clothing bearing in mind the nature of the activity and the weather conditions. For all arts workshops please wear suitable clothing and footwear and remember to bring a packed lunch.
For outdoor activities (where there is no or limited alternative indoor facilities) if the weather is exceptionally bad, and looks to be prolonged, the organisers may have to take the decision to cancel a course on the day. Decisions would be taken according to the circumstances of each event and parents/guardians would be contacted in the event of a cancellation decision. Full refunds will be given if such circumstances occur.
For Leisure Link activities no refunds can be issued for participant cancellation that are within 72 hours of the stated activity start time because coach, facility etc costs for the activity have already been committed to.

For independently organised activities the individual direct booking contacts will explain their own booking procedures and conditions. If their is a problem contacting direct bookings (e.g. number becomes inoperative) please ring Leisure Link on 01403 215640 as a back up.
