INCLUSIVE LEISURE SERVICES
Everyone has a right to access leisure activities and facilities. To help achieve this, the council seeks to ensure that all its facilities are accessible and organises and delivers a number of targetted leisure services across the District through its Leisure Link team.
Whether it's a specialist facility or individual support that you need, let us know and we will try to help.
Activities we offer:
- sports, arts & recreational opportunities for the disabled,
- a leisure service for people living in sheltered housing,
- leisure support services to individuals with mental health problems,
- and taster days, special events and training for people willing to deliver services to individuals with particular needs,
- excellent links with community arts, sports and recreation groups and with specialist providers of 'adapted services'.
You can also contact (ICIS) who have a county wide directory of services for groups that find it difficult to access services which gives details of all sports and recreation services and opportunities throughout Sussex.
