LEISURE ACCESS CARD

SAVE UP TO 50% ON LEISURE ACTIVITIES AND ATTRACTIONS!

If you are a resident of Horsham District and receiving an income-based benefit then you are entitled to a FREE Leisure Access Card. This will give you big savings on leisure activities and attractions across the District. See the list below to check whether you are eligible.

ARE YOU ELIGIBLE?
To be eligible for the Leisure Access Card, you need to live within the Horsham District boundaries and be in receipt of one of the following income-based benefits:

  • Income Support
  • Council Tax Benefit
  • Pension Credit
  • Housing Benefit
  • NHS Tax Credit Exemption
  • Job Seekers Allowance (income based)
  • Employment and Support Allowance
  • Carers Allowance

Alternatively, if you are a District resident and in one of the following categories, you are also eligible:

  • Full time student aged 16 years or over
  • Work based training for young people
  • Work based learning for adults

Amberley Working Museum. St Mary's House and Gardens. Southwater Country Park. Horsham Sparrows Football Club. Horsham Amateur Boxing Club. Sunbeam Swimming Club for the Disabled. Horsham Trinity Cricket Club. Horsham Park Tennis Courts hire. Horsham and Arun Badminton Club. Horsham Table Tennis Club. Horsham District Indoor Bowls Club. Horsham Superbowl.

How To Apply
Please pick up a leaflet from any Horsham District Council leisure venue or reception.  Alternatively telephone (01403) 215262, or email leisure@horsham.gov.uk and we will send you a copy. The leaflet is also on view in the pdf attachment below.  Please note that this cannot be completed online as we need to see proof of eligibity and be in receipt of a photograph per application. However, once completed, your form and associated papers can be taken into a variety of reception points across the District for administration.
