Services Directory 2006/08

A lot of work is being undertaken across the county of West Sussex to address the issue of domestic violence by the women’s refuges, through the multi-agency forums and working groups, the drop-in centres, and the work of individuals in many agencies, both voluntary and statutory.

We hope that this directory will both publicise the work of all the agencies, and serve as a reference guide to assist anyone in need to find information about sources of advice and support, thereby maximising the use of services available. Access to information is one of the keys to helping people leave violent situations.

The information contained in this directory has been gathered in December 2005. Every endeavour has been made to ensure accuracy but unfortunately as we are all aware details change, so please inform us of any amendments that will need to be made when the directory is up-dated. Should you be aware of any services that are not listed in this directory which you feel should be, then please contact the West Sussex County Council, Domestic Violence Development Team, on 01243 382 961.
