The Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) is a position statement setting out the Council's monitoring strategy in relation to Local Development Framework (LDF) indicator requirements. One of the main purposes of the AMR is to report on the progress made over the monitoring year in relation to producing the LDF documents set out in the Local Development Scheme. In addition the AMR reports on the LDF policy outcomes and significant effects through the use of indicator and target frameworks.
As part of the statutory requirements which this Council has to meet in relation to the Local Development Framework, the Annual Monitoring Report 2007/08 has been published and was submitted to the Government Office for the South East before the 31 December 2008. As required, the current AMR covers the monitoring period from 1 April 2007 until 31 March 2008.
