Payments Start

Introduction
The following screens are designed to guide you through making an online payment. Please refer to the
'Payment Help' link found under the Online Payments section of this page.
Remember that no money will be deducted from your card until after you enter your card details.
In order to make a payment you will be asked to complete the following steps:-
- Select the items you wish to pay for.
- Enter your name and address details.
- Check selected items, amount and contact details.
- Confirm payment.
- Enter card details.
- View and print receipt.
Please Note:
When making a payment, your card details are gathered directly by our payment provider. They will guarantee the overall security of your card information.
Credit Card Surcharge Policy:
If you decide to use a credit card to make a payment, we will apply a surcharge of 1.5% of the total value of that payment. No surcharge will be applied if a debit card is used or if you are paying for: on and off street parking charge notices, and other fixed penalty notices.
Refund Policy:
All refunds will be made by a credit to the card account.
