Horsham French Fest 09 ‘Approche’
10 June 2009
A sea of blue, white and red awaits visitors on 3, 4 and 5 July
Horsham’s now famous FrenchFest is set to bring an authentic French market and an exciting array of attractions, promotions and entertainments to Horsham Town Centre on Friday, Saturday and Sunday 3, 4 and 5 July.
The French themed entertainment line-up over the weekend includes Musicians, Napoleonic re-enactors and the chance to try your hand at Petanque (or boules), with activities planned right across the town. A number of local businesses will be getting into the ‘joie de vivre’ with free samples, promotions and special offers for visitors over the weekend.
Full details of the festival line up and partners will be provided to local papers and will be made available online at www.frenchfest.co.uk and via partner sites shortly.
As in previous year’s Horsham FrenchFest encourages visitors and local students to practise their French language skills with the market traders and special FrenchFest stickers will be handed out to those who try their linguistic skills.
Horsham FrenchFest is organised as part of the Horsham Time Well Spent programme of town centre events by Horsham District Council working alongside local businesses.
