Free advice session to give the people of Horsham a helping hand on the property ladder
24th May 2007
PEOPLE in the Horsham area who want to get onto the property ladder are being invited to a free advice session on Tuesday 5 June from 10am to 4pm at Horsham Park Barn, off North Street in Horsham.
The advice session, being held by Moat and Horsham District Council, will provide information about affordable housing opportunities available locally under the government’s ‘HomeBuy’ scheme. Moat is the appointed HomeBuy agent.
Priority is given to council tenants, housing association tenants, key workers and other priority groups. The grant is not available to buy the council or housing association property that applicants might currently be living in.
The organisers of the advice session say:
“Come along and discuss your housing options.
“There is no need to book an appointment – just drop in and see us!”
Further information is also available at http://www.homebuy.co.uk/ or by calling Moat on 07002 662846.
