Horsham is ready for ParkFest 2007

Horsham's finest summer event is set to take Horsham Park by storm on Sunday 1 July, 12pm to 5pm.
Catch live music, funfair, roadshow, games, arts and crafts, face painting, animals and much more all at this one event.
The popular Motor Show organised by the West Sussex County Times will be in the park 11am to 4pm both on Saturday 30 June and on Sunday 1 July as part of PARKFEST. With over 16 dealerships on site, this is an ideal experience for car enthusiasts.
The Rotary Club of Horsham is coordinating over 27 charity groups in the park raising money for good causes across the District, with display, games, competitions and much more.
The Park Podium sees a mix of live music with band 'makss' kick-starting the afternoon at 12.30pm with a classic blend of acoustic guitar and vocal harmony, delivered with rhythm, passion and fun. At 2.30pm 'The Mike O'Mara Gypsy Project' performs gypsy jazz, up-beat Eastern-European, folk and gypsy music. The Edward Jay and Fiona Barrow Duo will be performing lively, fast-paced and uplifting Irish music around the park from 1pm to 4pm.
This year's arena show is something very different. 'The London Chinese Acrobats' have performed all over the world. With shows at 1pm and 3.30pm, they will amaze you with traditional Lion Dance, the beautiful and colourful Ribbon Dance and amazing Martial Arts and Acrobatics.
Jam in the Park also returns over at Horsham’s Skate Park, with the amazing Skate, BMX and In-line Jam for people of all ages and abilities. This year is expected to be even bigger and better now the word has spread!
Participants and spectators are all welcomed and can expect some great prizes again from well known industry suppliers including Reef, Billabong and O’neill to name but a few.
