How do you think local housing can be improved?
3rd September 2007
RESIDENTS, businesses and community groups are being invited to take part in a short survey to help inform Horsham District Council on how local housing can be improved.
Housing is a subject that everyone has an opinion on regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, nationality or religion. Its cost, its quality, its size, its location and its environmental impact affects everyone.
Whilst the state of housing in the Horsham District is influenced by many factors at a national level which are beyond the Council’s control, the Council and its partners are taking action. But what more is needed?
Local people are therefore being asked what they think the Council and its partners should be focusing on to improve housing and housing services in the Horsham District.
People’s ideas about this are very welcome and all responses to the survey will help influence the Council’s strategy for housing in the District for the next five years.
The four question survey takes about three minutes to complete and is available online. Paper copies can be found in the latest edition of the Council’s ‘Horsham District News’ magazine.
The closing date for returned questionnaires is 28 September.
There’s a free prize draw for all completed surveys returned by this date with three prizes of £25 vouchers to be used at The Capitol theatre and cinema in Horsham.
