Advice for first time home buyers

INFORMATION to assist key workers and other first time home buyers will be available at an event held at the Y Centre in Horsham on Saturday 22 September.
The event is run by Homebuy, a programme operated by Moat housing association and its partners, and aims to provide first time buyers with information on low cost home ownership options in order to get on the property ladder in their local area.
There will be three seminars held throughout the event which will focus on the difference options available to buyers such as equity loans, part rent/part buy, shared equity new build properties and key worker schemes.
Staff from Moat and other housing associations will also be on hand throughout the event to talk through any queries and independent financial advisors will be available for free advice.
The event runs from 11am to 3pm , and seminars will be at 12, 1 and 2pm. Horsham Y Centre is on the corner of Springfield Road and Albion Way in Horsham and entrance to the event is free.
