Italia in Piazza – the Real Italian Food Market returns to Horsham

FOLLOWING the huge success of its original visit to Horsham earlier this year, the very popular Italian produce market makes a seasonal return to Horsham’s Carfax on Sunday 9 December.
Adding to a range of other Christmas events and markets, the Italian Food Market gives shoppers an even greater reason for making Horsham town centre their Christmas shopping destination on what is set to be one of the busiest pre-Christmas shopping days of the year.
A range of regional seasonal foods will be on sale guaranteed to tempt all lovers of Italian foods. Expected products include: Italian cheeses, cured meats & pasta, olives, biscuits, olive oils & vinegars, confectionery, cakes, speciality breads and regional specialities.
Speaking about the market recently, Horsham District Council’s Town Centres Manager Garry Mortimer-Cook said:
“Thousands of people from a very wide area enjoy our visiting markets every year and this Italian food market is among the best we have had.
“We hope as many people as possible will take the opportunity to come into Horsham to experience what promises to be a magical combination of Italian fare and our distinctive ‘Time Well Spent’ shopping atmosphere.”
The Italian Market will be on Sunday 9th December 10am – 4pm, Carfax, Horsham, and free parking is available all day in Swan Walk Shopping Centre and Council car parks.
