Offices completed at Oakhurst Business Park

FOUR new 128 square metre office units have been completed at Oakhurst Business Park in Southwater and are now available for sale or to let.
The £1.7 million development also including a 1,720 square metre warehouse was completed in autumn 2007 and the Council expects to exchange on one of the offices soon.
Close to the award winning village centre of Southwater the premises, which have been fitted out to a high standard, are designed in an open plan form on two levels.
The recently constructed warehouse has been let to existing Council tenants Neville and More allowing the company to significantly expand its business.
The new units are the latest addition to the business park which has expanded over the last few years and is already the home to a number of high profile businesses including the RSPCA and McFarlane Packaging.
Cllr Philip Circus, Cabinet Member for the Local Economy at Horsham District Council, said:
“Southwater has experienced many positive changes over the last few years and I look forward to seeing the continued strength of Oakhurst Business Park in the future.”
