Kidz Stuff - Access All Areas

13 May 2008

FOLLOWING its tremendous success last year, Kidz Stuff 2008 is set to be one of the biggest festivals for children ever seen in the south east.

The fun-packed weekend will be just the thing parents will need to keep all ages entertained at the end of the half-term break. And in addition to the two-day festival on May 31 and June 1 the organisers are pleased to announce the addition of a very special day, Access All Areas, on Friday May 30.

In the wonderful setting of Leonardslee Gardens, West Sussex, Access All Areas has been specially designed for children with disabilities and their families/carers. A limited number of places will be available and the organsiers want to ensure that children of all abilities get the chance to get involved in all the fun in a safe and secure environment.

John Le Rossignol, of Rotary International, says:

“Following last year’s festival we made the decision that we wanted to develop Access All Areas so that all children have the opportunity to get involved. Our aim is to have most of the Kidz Stuff festival activities available on this day along with a few special extras.”

The Kidz Stuff festival is organised by the Rotary Club and Terbell Events, with proceeds from the three days supporting the charity Action Medical Research.

Access All Areas will be open from 10am until 5pm, with ample car parking. Numbers will be strictly limited to ensure that sufficient attention can be given to all.

This special day is by invitation only and group tickets (four people) are priced at £25 with additional tickets available at £5. Tickets must be purchased in advance and there must be at least one adult for each child with special needs.
