Life is for Living coffee morning in Cowfold

24 June 2008

AN information morning is being held in Cowfold on Tuesday 1 July for Horsham District residents aged over 50.

The coffee morning will provide information and advice on sustaining an independent lifestyle.

Everyone is welcome and residents not able to attend September’s ‘Life is For Living’ event in Broadbridge Heath are especially invited to attend.

Amongst others, Age Concern, the Citizens Advice Bureau, Horsham District Council, Handy Man Service, HACVS (Horsham Area Council for Voluntary Services) and EDF energy will all be on hand to offer advice.

There will also be an opportunity to try New Age Kurling (10.30 – 11.30am) and Yoga (12 – 1pm) for free.

Entry to the coffee morning is free, and the event will run from 10am to 1pm.

Cowfold Village Hall can be found on The Street, Cowfold opposite the Post Office.

This year’s main ‘Life is For Living’ event is being held on Thursday 18 September 2008 at Broadbridge Heath Leisure Centre. The day aims to support the Horsham District’s older residents to lead an active and independent lifestyle.
