MAKING PAYMENTS FOR PARKING CHARGES
Our online payments facility is the easy way to pay your parking charges. The facility can be used for paying excess charge tickets or penalty charge notices. You will need to have your credit/debit card and the ticket numbers available before you can pay. You don’t have to be registered to make a payment.
Privacy and Security
Our online payment facility has been designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality. When you make an online payment, you will be required to provide your personal contact details to ensure that if there is a problem or query with your transaction, this information will assist us should we have to contact you. This personal information will be used for no other purpose and is subject to the Council's Privacy Policy.
Actual financial transactions are provided by the Bank of Scotland, a third-party internet financial service which provides a secure environment to protect your transactions. You may also wish to refer to the Bank of Scotland’s Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions for further information.
Accepted Cards
The following types of credit/debit card can be accepted:-
- Delta
- Mastercard
- Solo
- Maestro
- Visa

Please note:
You must make separate transactions for each card you want to use. Payments made before 4.30pm will normally be debited from your credit/debit card account within two working days.
If you wish to make an appeal against a parking ticket, please complete a Parking Contravention Mitigation Form and return to the Council offices.
