Service Description: Shared Taxi Service. The shared taxi service operates to a timetabled route, which has been designed to travel through each of the villages.
The service runs currently four days per week, namely Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, with four services per day.
Eligibility: This service is available to the general public; however, the intention is that the service will meet the needs of those people who are more likely to have difficulty accessing key facilities and services including single parent families, the frail and elderly as well as young people.
Area(s) covered: Barns Green, Billingshurst, Brooks Green, Broomers Corner, Coneyhurst, Coolham, Dragons Green, Ifold, Kirdford, Loxwood, Plaistow, Shipley, Whitehall, and Wisborough Green.

Charges: £2.00 for a single journey.
Billingshurst Community Transport
Service Description: Community Car Scheme
Eligibility: Anyone unable to use public transport either through disability or frailty.
Area(s) covered: Residents of the parishes of Billingshurst, Kirdford, Plaistow and Ifold.
Vehicles: One wheelchair accessible car as well as volunteers’ cars.
Booking Procedure: Telephone between 9.30am and 11.00am Monday to Friday.
Charges: 45p per mile

Community Minibus Association (Billingshurst)
Service Description: Door-to-door regular service for local shopping, visits to towns and supermarkets, social outings and in support of community activities.
Eligibility: Residents of the areas shown below who are unable to reasonably use public transport. Youth and community groups.
Area(s) covered: Billingshurst and Wisborough Green.
Vehicles: One 12 seater minibus.

Charges: Small membership fee. Fares available on application to Village Group Organiser.
