WHAT IS COMMUNITY TRANSPORT?

Community transport aims to help those who for whatever reason have difficulty in using public transport by increasing access to facilities and services as well as the ability to participate in community life.
There are a number community transport schemes which exist in the Horsham District. These vary from Dial-a-Ride services which provide a door-to-door bus service for anyone who has difficulty using public transport, minibus associations which provide a regular service for local shopping as well as community car schemes.
