PIAZZA ITALIA FRESH PRODUCE MARKET AND RESTAURANT PROMOTIONS
To celebrate Horsham Piazza Italia, there was a fresh produce market selling Italian food and drink:-
Wines:
We sell a fine selection of Italian wines, such as Prosecco, Barolo, Chianti & Pinot Grigio.
Cheeses:
We sell many varieties of cheeses, such as the famous Parmesan cheese and Gorgonzola. Goat's, sheep and cow’s milk, alpine or mountain, fresh or mature cheeses are all on offer.
Cured Meats:
Our meats range from the unmistakable Parma Ham, to the sublime Beef Bresaola Valtellina. Meats also include Salame, Pancetta, Roast Ham, Mortadella and Carpaccio. Other products are also available.
Olives and Sott’Olii:
Our Olives are of the finest quality. They include olives from Sicily, antipasto of olives and the very tasty large green olives from Napoli, just to name a few. We also have marinated artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil.
Biscuits:
Our biscuits, cakes and pastries are of the finest quality. They include fine classic Italian dolci such as Cannoli, different types of Strudels & other fine biscuits & cakes.
Olive Oils & Vinegars:
Our olive oils are from different regions of Italy, including Sicily & Sardegna. They can be used for doing “soffritto”, on salads or as dips with Ciabatta Bread. We also have a selection of fine Balsamic Vinegars, both young and mature.
Sweets:
We have a selection of different types of sweets. These, as are all of our products, are imported from Italy. We have large lollipops, sweets on key chains & mini games, just to name a few.
Torrone:
Torrone is the famous cake invented in Cremona, Italy late last century & since then become famous all over the world. It’s best described as Nougart & comes in many flavours. We have 33 different flavours available.
Chocolate:
We sell freshly made chocolate drinks in many flavours & also sell chocolate cakes of different types, such as chocolate salame.
Creck:
A classic Italian Savoury snack which can be eaten on their own or with dips of your choice. They include the famous Schiacciatina and extra large Grissini. Creks are available with different herbs or plain.
Piadine:
A pancake-like base filled with Ham and Cheese, placed on a griddle to warm up then served. A very delicate but tasty classic Italian snack.
Pasta:
A wide range of pasta such as Lasagne, large Schiaffoni, large Shells (Lumachoni) used for stuffing and many other large diverse pastas.
Speciality Breads:
A choice of Speciality breads and Croissants. Breads include the famous Focaccia, plain and with herbs and the traditional Ciabatta bread which is traditionally used for dipping in Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar or for making Panini.

B52's - Customers could try their hand at making Italian cocktails, plus order special Italian inspired cocktails
Filippo's - Sweet and savoury finger buffet 'tasters' were available at lunchtimes, plus special Filippo's vouchers
The Forum:
Cafe Nova (Beales) - Italian theme in store, plus vouchers in the West Sussex County Times
