The free Safer Food Better Business Training for example, allows food business to comply with legislation and have a documented food management system. Training courses are taking place in January with follow up visits to business premises to ensure that Safer Food Better Business has been implemented correctly.
The Sussex Breakfast accreditation scheme is open to any Sussex accommodation or hospitality business serving breakfasts, such as B&Bs, hotels, cafes and attractions. A 'Sussex Breakfast' is at least 60% local, seasonal ingredients. There are many commercial and ethical advantages to being a Sussex Breakfast provider.
