Horsham District Council publishes a Disclosure Log which gives access to information relating to Freedom of Information requestsand Horsham District Council's responses to those requests that are of general public interest.
Personal details of requestors and any information that is covered under the Data Protection Act or by an exemption is not published.
The Disclosure Log also gives information about the number of requests the Council has received, how they were received (via email, letter etc) and the Council's response times.
Every effort is made to post disclosures on the website as quickly as possible after release of information, however this is an ongoing process.
