Our recycling and refuse collectors are instructed to return wheeled bins and baskets to the collection point but unfortunately we are unable to monitor every collection to ensure that this happens.
Nevertheless, provided with a postal address we will be able to investigate and resolve the issue. We will also then be able to log the details on our customer tracking system for action by the crew and for our future reference.
