PLANNING FORMS

Planning Forms
The Government have recently introduced national standardised forms (1APP) and these application forms are now required under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to be completed in order to apply for planning permission, Listed Building consent, Advertisement consent as well as other types of applications.
The planning and other forms together with advice on what to submit with each type of application including fees are available in 3 formats:
- If you want to use PRINTABLE FORMS which can be printed off, completed by hand and sent or handed into the Council with other required accompanying plans and documents.
- If you want to access ON-LINE FORMS supplied by Horsham District Council, which can be completed on-line, saved and completed at the time or at a later stage. You can also attach documents in Word format, plans in PDF format providing we know on what size paper to print the plans and photographs in JPG format. Fees can’t at present be paid on-line direct to the Council, however, we can take a payment by credit card over the telephone 01403 215187. Please read the "National Standards for On-line Submissions" before making your submission. If you have any problems using this facility, please telephone 01403 215460 for assistance.
- If you want to access ON-LINE FORMS supplied by the Planning Portal, which is a Government website and all documents, plans and fees can be submitted on-line. If you have any problems using this facility, you will need to contact the Planning Portal’s help desk support@planningportal.gsi.gov.uk or telephone 0117 372 8200.
