HORSHAM CONSTITUTION

The Constitution sets out how the Council operates, how decisions are made and the procedures which are followed. Some of these processes are required by the law, while others are a matter for the Council to choose. Please see below for a summary or full version of the constitution.

Where possible a petition will be considered in accordance with the complaints procedure. A petition is defined as a representation signed by at least 25 people who are registered electors or are resident or whose main place of work is in the District.
