PAPER 2 - THE CORPORATE ASSESSMENT PAPER

The Council has been inspected by the Government as part of the ‘Comprehensive Performance Assessment (CPA) - a national review of all local authorities in the country.

This document is one of the suite of CPA papers submitted for assessment in Jan 2003, and focuses on the four key CPA questions:

  1. What is the Council trying to achieve?
  2. How has the Council set about delivering its priorities?
  3. What has the Council achieved/not achieved to date?
  4. What does the Council plan to do next?
