HIGH LEVEL ACTION PLAN
The Council has been inspected by the Government as part of the ‘Comprehensive Performance Assessment (CPA) - a national review of all local authorities in the country.
This document is one of the suite of CPA papers submitted for assessment in Jan 2003, and focuses on a programmed way forward.
