INDEPENDENT REMUNERATION PANEL REPORT
In September 2001, Horsham District Council approved the formation of an Independent Remuneration Panel to recommend to the Council any changes necessary to Members' remuneration. In accordance with The Local Authorities (Members' Allowances) (England) Regulations 2003/1021 (as amended), the Panel reconstituted and met and reported in 2003. The Panel met in the autumn of 2004, in spring 2006 and in the autumn 2007.
