Introduction
This is the council's fourth Best Value Annual Performance Plan. These Plans give us the opportunity to review our work, and the progress we have made in "...taking account of the needs and aspirations of people who live and work in the District..."
Using these Performance Plans we can continue to identify targets for improvements in service delivery and to find more efficient ways of working. The structure of the Council's Performance Plan is set around a framework of the seven Visions themes that as a consequence of extensive consultation, set out your key concerns.
