Non-Residents Parking Permit
To apply for a non-residents parking permit, complete the online form, print, sign and send to the Council

Healthcare Parking Permit
To apply for a healthcare parking permit, complete the online form, print, sign and send to the Council. A Letter of Conformation should be provided from line management that can demonstrate a permit is essential to carrying out their duties.

Controlled Parking Zone - Change of Vehicle
If you change your vehicle you will need to inform the council and apply for a replacement permit. To do this complete the online form, print, sign and send to the Council with the appropriate paperwork.
Resident Parking Refund Application
If you require a refund of the remaining period of your permit(s), please complete the online form, print and return to the Council with your Permit.
Parking Appeal Form
Should you wish to appeal against a parking ticket, complete the online form and return to the council offices.
