PUBLIC SPEAKING AT MEETINGS

Members of the public may ask questions of the Leader of the Council and any chairman of an ordinary committee at ordinary meetings of the Council and may make representations on any specific item on the agenda.

Notice needs to be given in advance that people wish to speak and there is a time limit set for each speaker. A link is available below to the section of the Constitution giving full details of the procedure.

If you need help or would like to register to speak at a meeting please telephone 01403 215465 or email committeeservices@horsham.gov.uk

In addition, a leaflet is available giving details of arrangements for speaking specifically at planning meetings.
