ACCESS REQUEST FORM (FOI)

Please check whether the information you want is in our Publication Scheme.  If the information you want is not in our Publication Scheme:

  1. You may submit the feedback form within the web based Publication Scheme setting out details of the document required together with your contact details.
  2. You may make a request for the information to us in writing, by e-mail or fax.  You must state clearly your name and address for correspondence (an e-mail address will do) and describe the information being requested such that it can be identified and located.

    Each department within the Council has an Freedom of Information representative responsible for dealing with requests for information within his/her service area.  If your request is sent by e-mail please send to foi@horsham.gov.uk. If a written request is made please forward direct to the relevant department head responsible for the area of work in respect of which your request is made.  If you are unclear which department to contact or if your request covers more than one service area please forward to :
