PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT WORKING GROUP
Chairman: Councillor Ian Howard
The Performance Management Working Group is made up of 5 non-Executive Council Members. The terms of reference of the Group are to consider and make recommendations to the Scrutiny & Overview Committee on the following:
- Best Value Performance Indicators.
- Development of relevant local performance indicators.
- To ensure that published performance reporting relates to the Corporate Plan.
- Performance Management Framework.
- Reports received from Cabinet Members / service heads on specific issues relating to performance management.
- To monitor suggested performance improvements both as to content and timetable.
