Below are the current temporary working groups which are currently in operation.
Sustainable Development Working Group
Chairman: Councillor Alan Fisher
The Sustainable Development Working Group is made up of 7 non-Executive Council Members. The terms of reference of the Group are to consider and make recommendations to the Scrutiny & Overview Committee on the following:
- Examine the current national, regional and local planning frameworks in relation to sustainable/energy efficient construction
- Identify and examine Best Practice
- To make recommendations on the aforementioned (if any)
