Wherever possible and when you request it, we will provide up to date information to you in a format that suits your needs, for example translation into another language, large print, audio tape or sign language. Please note that this might not be an immediate service.
We also offer information in different formats on this website for the visually impaired (details are on our website). The Council’s magazine (Horsham District News), which goes to every home, is also available on audio cassette and in large print. The Council’s main receptions also have a hearing loop for the hard of hearing.
