CORPORATE PLAN 2008 TO 2011
The Corporate Plan was approved by Council on 28 February 2008, and is the result of a wholesale review of the Council's activities, achievements and priorities.
This important document maps out where we are now, and where we want to go over the period 2008-2011.
It sets out our vision for the District, and how we will improve our services over the next three years to achieve our ambitious objectives.
