HORSHAM DISTRICT COUNCIL'S SERVICE PLANS
Service plans are produced by every department in the Council. These are reviewed each year alongside the Corporate Plan and budget to ensure that, having identified priorities for the Council, we have allocated resources and identified what work needs to be done in individual departments to deliver these priorities.
The Service Plans highlight each department’s key targets for the year which will help to deliver the Corporate Plan.
