Sandbags
The Council does not supply sandbags to homes or businesses. Householders are encouraged to plan for and put in place their own flood protection measures as there is no statutory duty for local authorities to provide sandbags.
As a property owner or occupier, you can buy sandbags from local builders’ merchants throughout the district.
