Our leasing scheme offer landlords the security of long-term lets and guaranteed income with no management or admin fees.
When you let with us, you’ll get:

- Peace of mind (we hand your property back in the same state you found it)
Our two tiers of service are leases and lettings.
Leasing service
You lease your property to us for three to five years. We pay your rent and take care of everything else: tenant management, inspections and some maintenance.
- 3-5 year lease with HDC directly
- Guaranteed rental income, paid by us to you
- We carry out inspections and maintenance
