I am delighted to have Paul join our team here at Horsham.  He was an outstanding candidate and his proven track record, especially in climate change and the environment, will be of great benefit to the Council and the District.

Commenting on his appointment, Paul said:

I have been very impressed with the Council’s environmental ambitions and the way it continues to provide a wide range of services to its residents - this is a good time to be joining Horsham.

I look forward to working with colleagues across the Council to ensure residents continue to receive excellent services and tackle the environmental challenges together.
