Horsham District Council Chairman David Skipp attended the official opening of a new building at Collyer’s in Horsham along with Leader of the Council Martin Boffey and Chief Executive Jane Eaton on Friday 8 September.
The new Shelley building comprises of state-of-the-art Early Years Education and Childcare, Criminology, Film Studies, Digital Media, and Sociology classrooms.
