Horsham’s Voluntary Sector Support team invited an army of local volunteers from around the Horsham District to drinks and nibbles to say thank you for all the amazing work they do to support local communities throughout the year.
Horsham District Council hosted the gathering and the Council’s Vice Chairman Cllr Nigel Emery and Chief Executive Jane Eaton were in attendance.
Speaking to the audience, Jane said: “We are so grateful for all the incredible work that our voluntary sector has been doing over the past year, particularly in these challenging times.
The District would struggle to provide the services it does without you all.
“The Voluntary Sector Support team at the Council has many different roles available and your help has never been more needed.“
