Storrington and Sullington Neighbourhood Warden Chris Poore, was recently given two donations from local organisations towards next year’s Fun Day which will be held on 19 August 2024.
A cheque for £2,400 was received from Waitrose and adds to the £1,000 recently presented by Reverend Kathryn Windslow on behalf St Marys Parish Church. The money will go towards funding the mobile climbing wall, bouncy assault course and bouncy castle.
The Fun Day is organised by the Neighbourhood Wardens and all activities on the day are free. The Wardens would like to thank St Mary’s Church and Waitrose for their generosity.
